We build custom agents around how your business actually works. Your first agent goes live in four weeks, doing the same work for a fraction of what it costs today.
The agent above is one we built. Book a call and we'll tell you honestly whether one is worth building for your business.
Your best AI opportunity is probably already inside your business: work your team handles the same way, week after week. If one of these looks familiar, start there.
Answers every enquiry in seconds, qualifies it against your rules, and books the next step. Day, night or weekend.
Collects the details, applies your pricing rules, and drafts the quote for your team to check and send.
Raises invoices, chases late payments politely, and flags the accounts that need a call from you.
Books jobs, matches the right person to each slot, handles changes, and keeps your team and customers updated.
Answers the questions your team gets every week, and hands the harder ones over with the conversation attached.
Reads and checks incoming documents, then writes the reports in your format, on time and without anyone having to chase.
Not on the list? An agent can probably still run it. Client onboarding, back-office work, or anything else that follows rules and repeats is worth a look, and we start with the one costing you the most.
No open-ended discovery phase. We identify the work costing you the most, build a focused agent around it, and get it handling real work.
We find the work costing you most.
A working agent, built around your business.
It runs on real work, and we measure it.
We keep it running and make it better.
Your agent is built around your operation and connected to the systems you already use. We run it and improve it. Your business owns it and stays in control.
Every build should leave you with an asset your business owns, not a platform you are locked into.
The experience behind Talitu comes from two decades of building production systems for large organisations. We bring that same standard to every AI agent we build.
With the work costing you the most. In week one we look at what it costs, how often it happens, and how much of it follows clear rules. The first agent should be small enough to build fast and big enough to matter.
We build around the systems, data and processes you already have, rather than asking you to change how you work. Week one is where we confirm the access we need and exactly what has to connect.
Not necessarily. We need someone who knows the operation, and we may need your IT or security people where system access and approvals are involved. We handle the build itself, and afterwards we can run it or hand the code to your developers.
We agree that before we build. Wherever possible the agent runs in your cloud account, with the access, logging and controls agreed for that build. Some parts, including the AI models, use third-party services. We name them and what they see up front.
You own the custom code we build for you, as set out in the contract. So when your business changes, the agent can be updated with it. Your own developers could pick it up and extend it.
Two fixed prices, then a choice. Week one is a fixed fee, credited towards the build. The build is quoted at one fixed price at the end of week one, so you know the cost before it starts. After that your own team can run the agent, or we run and improve it for a monthly fee that begins only once it has hit the number we agreed.
It takes the repeatable work off your team so they can spend their time on decisions, relationships and the exceptions that need a person. We agree up front where people review, approve or step in.
In 20 minutes we'll look at one costly or repetitive operation and tell you honestly whether an agent is worth building.
