Talitu finds the work costing a business the most, builds a custom AI agent around it, then proves the saving against a number agreed in week one.
We sit with their team, follow the work costing them the most and agree the number to beat.
A working agent built on their data and their systems, set up to follow their rules.
It runs on real jobs. We compare the hours and the cost to week one.
They can run it with their own team, or ask us to watch it, keep it working and add new rules as the business changes.
A build usually starts with one of six jobs: Client Intake, Quotes & Proposals, Invoicing & Chasing, Scheduling & Coordination, First-Line Support, Reports & Documents. Anything that follows rules and repeats is worth a look.
You bring the relationship. We handle the call, the build and the ongoing service.
Tell us who you work with and how you know them. We reply within two business days. If it is a fit, we put the terms in writing before you introduce anyone.
Send us the business name first so we can confirm it is not already in progress. Then introduce us by email and we take over the call, scoping and follow-up. We confirm every introduction back to you in writing, so there is a record of who brought whom.
We run the call, the four week build and the agent after it. Your 10% of the build is paid once the client has paid us, and your recurring commission follows for the months we keep running their agent.
Standard commission is 10% of qualifying build revenue received by Talitu. If they ask us to keep running the agent, you earn recurring commission on the monthly fee as well. Your rate and your terms are in writing before you introduce anyone.
Each build is quoted at one fixed price at the end of week one, so what an introduction is worth depends on the work that business decides to take off its team. We tell you the number as soon as it is quoted. The recurring rate and how long it runs are set out in the partner agreement.
Every build is scoped from scratch, runs in the client's own cloud account wherever possible and leaves them owning the custom code.
You make the introduction and stay as close to it as you want. We run the call, the four week build and the agent after that. You carry none of the delivery, and you keep the relationship you already have.
10% of the build, plus recurring commission while we run their agent.
Some partners want the work under their own brand. That means you scope it, you hold the contract and you answer to the client. Talitu builds behind you. It works when you can run the client side properly, so we agree these one at a time.
Priced per project. We quote you a delivery rate and your margin is the difference.
A good introduction is a service business with expensive work still done by hand, a clear decision maker and no AI team of its own. Usually 20 to 200 staff.
You already advise service businesses on how they run. When you spot costly work being done by hand, send it our way.
You build or support the systems these businesses run on, so you hear about the slow parts before anyone else does.
Accountants, coaches, brokers and industry groups who speak to owners and their decision makers every week.
A four week project. We find the operation costing the business the most, build a custom AI agent around it and measure the saving against a number agreed in week one. After that they can run it with their own team or pay us monthly to run it for them.

It runs while that business keeps paying Talitu to run their agent, for the term set out in your partner agreement. If they take it in house or stop, the commission stops with it.
After the client pays us. We invoice them, they pay, then your share goes out on the next payment run. The dates and the payment method are set out in the partner agreement before you introduce anyone.
We confirm every introduction to you in writing on the day you make it, and that confirmation is the record. If we are already talking to that business we tell you straight away, before you spend any more time on it.
No. You make the introduction. We run the call and give the business an honest answer on whether an agent is worth building for them.
On a referral, Talitu holds the contract and looks after the build. You keep the relationship you already have and we work around it, not through it.
Sometimes. Every build is scoped from scratch and the client ends up owning the custom code, so white-label only works where you can scope the work and hold the contract yourself. We agree those one at a time and price them per project.
Service businesses with roughly 20 to 200 staff, expensive work still done by hand and no AI team of their own. Accountants, clinics, agencies, brokers, insurers and advisory businesses can all be a good fit.
No. We do review every application, because this works best when you already reach the right businesses.
Ads on your own channels and content are welcome. We do ask you not to bid on Talitu brand terms or close variations in paid search, so we are not bidding against our own partners.
