This page is the single, current list of the third parties Talitu uses to help deliver its Services and run its website (our service providers and sub-processors). It is referenced by both our Terms of Service (Exhibit C, Data Processing Addendum) and our Privacy Policy, so this is the one place we keep up to date.
How we tell you about changes
We update this page when we add or change a sub-processor. You can ask to be told about changes using the form below. Where you are a Business Client and we have agreed a data processing addendum, we will give notice through this page before a new sub-processor starts processing your personal data, and you may object on reasonable data protection grounds within 14 days of that notice, as set out in Exhibit C.

Each provider below is used only to help deliver the Services or run our website, under contract terms that require them to protect personal data. Locations show where data is mainly processed; some providers also use other regions.

Which of these are “sub-processors”? The providers that process a Business Client’s customer personal data on our behalf (for example hosting, CRM, messaging and telephony, AI model, voice and transcription providers) are sub-processors under Exhibit C of our Terms, and the 14-day notice-and-object process above applies to changes to those. Analytics and advertising providers operate in connection with our own website and are also explained in our Cookie Policy.
Your own connected tools. Where you connect your own systems (for example your CRM, calendar, email, advertising accounts or payment provider), those stay your systems under your own contracts, and are not Talitu sub-processors. Website analytics and advertising tags are covered in our Cookie Policy.
